More and more artists are using their alternative expertise to generate their income. This is a creative thought indeed. MAK salute Deja Moss or her full name Sharifah Hadijah Wan Mossanda for her initiative, taking advantage of her another expertise, that is producing kek lapis Sarawak. With the support from his husband, Fendy and Lelaki Ini singer, Anuar Zain, Deja will open a Kek Lapis Cafe at Ukay Perdana, Ampang, starting this July the 1st. The cafe will be handles by MOSS AZ Sdn Bhd.
According to her, the cake wil be fresh from the oven and can sustain till 6 month due to using Golden Churn butter from Austria. There are many tyoes, sizes and color for choice & the price is just right.
